Most people don’t know this about me, but I was obsessive about my weight when I was younger.  I did not have a healthy relationship with food or my body. A.Losing weight is not just about a deficit in calories or working out. There are many factors that affect our body’s ability to lose weight, however these typically are not discussed in mainstream health or nutrition. Without correcting these issues, weight loss can be extremely difficult, if not impossible for some people, even with a perfect diet and hard work.
